Formula for if number is 7 or higher to add 'Fully Utilised' in a cell

Hi good morning, please can you help I want a formula for; IF Cell O2:O17 = 7 or greater then cell M2:M17 to add note in cell 'Fully Utilised' please can you help.

Hiya, good morning, I have amended the code you provided, as I want it to look into 2 rows M and N and if number is 7 or higher to update cell in O as fully utilized, I have changed it to M;N but this didn't work, please can you advise how I change it to look into 2 rows?

Do you mean if either M or N is more than 7, or if the total is more than 7? (or something else)

Hi Rory if the number in a cell for Column M or N is 7 or more then in column O needs to be updated to Fully utilized.
Same as the oiginal code really just wanted to add a extra column if possible please?

You can use:

If (Cells(rw, "M").Value >= 7 Or Cells(rw, "N").Value >= 7) And Cells(rw, "O").Value <> "Fully Utilised" Then Cells(rw, "O").Value = "Fully Utilised"
