How can I add blanks between 29 and GÜNLÜK RAPOR to move GÜNLÜK RAPOR under the 29?
What I try to do is making right part that contains "29 GÜNLÜK RAPOR" look like A+B+C cells that contains "MAYIS 2023 Son imalat günü 29.05.2023"
Left part that starts with Mayıs 2023's second line moves below by using wrap text button. I can add blanks between "Mayıs 2023" and "Son imalat günü 29.05.2023" to move second part under the "Mayıs 2023".
The cell that I put number and make it look like "29 GÜNLÜK RAPOR" has only number. Formatting cells made it look like 29 GÜNLÜK RAPOR but I cant put blanks between "29" and "GÜNLÜK RAPOR".
"GÜNLÜK RAPOR" part just moves right but never goes under "29" like I did before in A+B+C cells.
You can say fill the cell like I did before for A+B+C cells but I just want to put there a number. Because another cell turns that number and put it in a calculation. So the cell should contain only number, therefore I need to use cell format.
EDIT: Well it looked pretty bad idk why, it looks like in the screen I will now attach.

Okay, I got it to work.
In the custom format cell in the format number window type # then [cntl-j] then "GUNLAK RAPOR"
the [CNTL]=j] inserts a carriage return (so you will not see "GUNLAK RAPOR" in the "Type" window, but it is below in the custom format list, the [CNTL-j] is not visible.
See the image below, which also shows cell D1 with the return in the format:

Oh nice, worked, didnt know ctrl + J does such work cool!
Also how does # icon perform multitask by putting just # icon lol.
I thought we do put 0 to show numbers, 0,00 to show fractions and #.## to seperate thousands by dots.
But using only one # to provide numbers is well-done.
Lots of to learn!

Excel Facts

Excel Can Read to You
Customize Quick Access Toolbar. From All Commands, add Speak Cells or Speak Cells on Enter to QAT. Select cells. Press Speak Cells.
And also "29 GÜNLÜK RAPOR" means "DAILY REPORTS OF 29" or "REPORTS OF 29 DAYS"
That "GÜNLÜK" means "daily". When you say it like GULAK (prisoner) I laughed hard xD

The # character represents the number you typed in the cell, without any placeholder zeros.
if you type the format as 0# cntl-j "GÜNLÜK RAPOR" (I copy pasted from your post) you will get
029
GÜNLÜK RAPOR"

if you type a 8 in the cell then the view of the cell would be:

08
GÜNLÜK RAPOR

But when I put only 0, it brings numbers. Why would it put a real 0 in front of number when I use it with # icon?
I mean, lets say there are 2 members, 0 "members" shows 2 members
# "members" shows 2 members
but why 0# "members" looks like 02 members?

There are occasions when leading zeros are wanted.
For instance you want to append a number to a text to create some kind of ID.
1. Like ID & #....
But when you get to 11 numbers the text will not sort numerically.
2. When some data is exported it is exported by position number:
this: 00012 John Doe with column breaks at 6,11 with import differently than
this: 12 John Doe
the second with try to import 12 Jo as a number and the import will fail.

There are many other reasons people want leading zeros.

Alright I will work on it later, it is a little bit much for now as I learned how to use ctrl + J and # icon yet.
