In Excel, I want to format a number as "General", together with commas to separate multiples of 1000.
The current General format excludes the commas.
For example:
INPUT: 1245.32
SCREEN OUTPUT: 1,245.32
 
@footoo, I want to keep it as simple as possible.
It is a good solution referred by @AlphFrog, it may help others.
Sorry if I'm being ungrateful.
