For a long time, I've been working in macros and doing my best to teach myself using the macros recorder and searching the internet for tutorials and help. More and more of my projects are starting to involve macros and I need to up my education on this. Currently, my code looks like a chimp banged it out on a keyboard with a banana. I need to get better. How did you get the level of VBA knowledge that you have? Besides these forums, can you recommend any other resources? Thank you.

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
I don't know much but I was amazed that you could simply record a macro, perform what you want the code to do, then stop it and use bits of the code.

Just keep adding commands and it mostly works.
