Does anyone know a formula for getting the first and last instance of an agent in a data set, so I can record every agents log in and log out times from a big long list of all times
Thanks that worked a treat. Do you think its possible to use CONCATENATE so I can get this for every day as there is multiple days in each data set. Or is there a simpler way?
I am struggling to make sure the date is also implemented. At the moment, it is pulling the first and last in the whole data set not also considering date.
