Hi everyone
I have huge data of receivables. some of them has remaining balance and some them has negative or zero balance.

I want to auto fetch data of those records only whose balance is greater than zero only.

i have attached an image for this. kindly help me to resolve this via any formulae or vba code which ever is easy and can do the job without any doubt.

Thanks

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
Is the data shown in the picture formatted as a Table? If so, what is the Table name?

What version of Excel are you using?

I suggest that you update your Account details (or click your user name at the top right of the forum) so helpers always know what Excel version(s) & platform(s) you are using as the best solution often varies by version. (Don’t forget to scroll down & ‘Save’)

Cross-posting (posting the same question in more than one forum) is not against our rules, but the method of doing so is covered by #13 of the Forum Rules.

Be sure to follow & read the link at the end of the rule too!

Cross posted at: Fetch data based on the postive balance
There is no need to repeat the link(s) provided above but if you have posted the question at other places, please provide links to those as well.

If you do cross-post in the future and also provide links, then there shouldn’t be a problem.

Would you be able to share the Sheet via XL2BB so that I can see row and column numbers?
I hope the new attached image will solve it. i would explore the option to share it via XL2BB later
