I use the VLOOKUP function to based on the month. I am curious if anyone has a formula or something to where it could recognize the dates instead. I’m in the military and it would be for our Annual Training but I don’t want that to interfere with the JAN-DEC table.

Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
I'm not following from your question what date that you want to match, and what value (field or fields) you want to return from the match.

It will help if you can post an example of your desired result using the lookup based on date.
