I have multiple sheets of timings. I would like to create a list (ascending or descending) of the times that occur in each sheet and the amount of times that each time occurs. Which is the easiest way to achieve it?

Ok, how about
Excel Formula:
=LET(a,SORT(TOCOL(VSTACK('[Workbook1.xlsx]Sheet1'!B3:P24,'[Workbook2.xlsx]Sheet1'!B3:P24,'[Workbook3.xlsx]Sheet1'!B3:P24),1)),HSTACK(a,MMULT(--(a=TOROW(a)),SEQUENCE(ROWS(a),,,0))))

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
Excellent, works perfectly and I can modify it to manipulate the data even further. (y)
