Extract data into lotus notes

Hi,

This may be ambitious but I am hoping to create a piece of code that will loop through a workbook and pull out data, paste it into an email and then send it to the email adresss linked to that data.

For Example - Joe bloggs will receive an email that says: "You have the following software installed, please reply indicating if it is required for your day to day role and the business justification"

Sample data is pasted below:

I am running Lotus Notes as my email client and Excel 2003.

Any guidence on firstly if this is possible and secondly how I can achieve this would be fantastic!
