Column I Column T (price)

has the following info: (memory size)

Column T has price, some correct info, hoping I could apply a formula, this is what would need the formula to match up. Thanks.

8GB (1x8GB) 135
16GB (2x8GB) 265
32GB (4x8GB) 524
48GB (6x8GB) 797
64GB (8x8GB 998
96GB (12x8GB) 1497
128GB (12x8GB) 1997
144GB (16x8GB) 2218
196GB (18x8GB) 2948
256GB (32x8GB) 3887

Thanks for any tips or leads would be real helpful, for a client. I'm open to any solution that would work, I think it should be fairly simple.

Excel Facts

Convert text numbers to real numbers
Select a column containing text numbers. Press Alt+D E F to quickly convert text to numbers. Faster than "Convert to Number"
Column I has all of the memory size ie (1x8GB) the prices go into column Column T, I have entered some of the correct data manually, what is needed is a formula that will lookup the variable in Column I for example (1x8GB) and put out the price $135 in Column T, or (2x8GB) and put out $265 in Column T.

What is in Column I.

(1x8GB)
(2x8GB)
(4x8GB)
(6x8GB)
(8x8GB
(12x8GB)
(12x8GB)
(16x8GB)
(18x8GB)
(32x8GB)

What price needs to go in column T, is in the order of memory in column I
135
265
524
797
998
1497
1997
2218
2948
3887

Valko, Im looking for a formula or function that will lookup the data (memory size) in column I, and return the list of prices for that memory size. The worksheet has 1267 columns of memory, so I'd like to be able to use one function that will accomplish the lookup for me, rather than manually entering the correct price for a 8GB (1x8GB) 16GB (2x8GB), etc.

Id imagine I have to enter the prices into the sheet perhaps, I don't know?

I'm having a hard time trying to understand what you're wanting to do.

Here's my interpretation:

Column I contains this data:

8GB (1x8GB)
16GB (2x8GB)
32GB (4x8GB)
48GB (6x8GB)
64GB (8x8GB
96GB (12x8GB)
128GB (12x8GB)
144GB (16x8GB)
196GB (18x8GB)
256GB (32x8GB)

You want a formula for column T that returns the price for the corresponding memory size listed in column I.

Is that correct?
