Expand cell height to match textbox

How can I get the cells to expand with the size of a texbox. I am entering text and the Activex texbox is expanding with Multiple lines accordingly to the text, but after a period goes over other fields, How can I get the field cells to expand?

There must be code to unable to differentiate between boxes and positions. Is there anyone that may know a solution for this?

Not a great solution, but if you use just one cell with "Wrap Text", that will automatically enlarge the row height with data.

The issue is that the date of this textbox comes from another activex textbox.

Did not know the excelforum was the same as this one, just trying to get more answers to my issue.
