Hi,

I'm experiencing some problems with excel run times but only after the macro is run once after a computer is turned on (or restarted). The macro mainly involves opening multiple workbooks, exporting csv files, reading and writing data across workbooks.

Every time I run the macro for the first time after a computer is turned on (or restarted) the macro takes 6 minutes.

2nd run is approximately 40 minutes (i.e. at least 6 times slower) . From there the run times do not go below 40 minutes, however they can take much longer.

Has anyone experienced something similar and found any reasons why the run times would increase so drastically?

Thanks,
Buku
