I usually arrive at the site between 8 - 8:30 EST. I'll try tomorrow after 8:30 and see what happens.

Honestly, I knew something goofy was going on, but it was so easily overcome that I didn't even think about reporting it until I saw this post.
 
I just signed on for the first time today at 3:15pm EST and after loading everything, it immediately scrolled to the bottom of the page.
 
It did the same to me first thing this morning - but it only did it the once today :)
 
I haven't had any problems for the past couple days.
