Excel question

I have a 2 large spreadsheets that contain different pieces of information. In both spreadsheets column A (Project ID) is the common identifier. In some cases there is only one row of data per Project ID; in other cases there can be may repeating rows (2 – 10) where most of the data in the row cells is repeated except for the column containing the stakeholder name in spreadsheet 1 (as there can be many different stakeholders for the one project), and the issues column in spreadsheet 2 (as there can be varying number of issues per project). I need to identify and extract the key information relating to only the stakeholders that fall under a my Business Unit. I can easily identify the relevant stakeholders by performing a VLOOKUP against a separate list of all names that sit under my Business Unit, however this can still result in a single Project ID having 1 or more stakeholder names (as multiple stakeholders can sit under the same Business Unit). I then need essentially stitch together the Project ID, stakeholder name/s, and a few other selected pieces of information into a new (3^rd) spreadsheet. I was initially thinking of simply copy/pasting the column containing Project IDs into the new spreadsheet then using VLOOKUP to identify the corresponding ID in the 1^st and 2^nd spreadsheets and pull in the required pieces of data. However the fact that there can be varying rows of data for each Project ID in spreadsheets 1 and 2 is proving problematic. Any suggestions on how I can achieved this ? Appreciate any assistance you can provide. Below is a simplified example of the 2 spreadsheets I currently have and what I am trying to achieve in the new (3^rd) spreadsheet.

I may not solve this problem as I dont think I have time.
However, please note:

You cant attach files on this forum.
If you're able, edit your post and remove the attempt at attaching a file since it's clogging up this post and making the rest of this thread difficult to read.
Consequently you're unlikely to get a result until you do so since noone will want to scroll all the way down past that gobbledeygook to see each new posting.

Post a sample spreadsheet with expected results, remove any sensitive data, create a mockup example if necessary.
There are tools on this forum for adding small spreadsheet images

Or upload the file to an online storage site and post a link to it, though some people may not download the file for fear of viruses.
