Does anyone know why sometimes while working on a shared spreadsheet. One user has it open and another user tries to open the shared sheet, and wont receive the READ ONLY MESSAGE??

If its a shared workbook that can be changed by more than one user at the same time ...the "Read Only" becomes moot since it is no longer Read Only.
