Greetings all,

I was wondering if anyone could provide assistance on a variation of this?

I need a macro that will insert a blank row between my data when it finds a different result in column E (date field), but also if it finds a different result in column B (area code).

Please advise.

Thank you,
limeyadam.

Hi Adam, perhaps this will work for you. Basically, it assumes you want to insert a blank line whenever the value in column B or E differs from the row above it (starting at the bottom and working up).
Code:
Sub addblanks()
Dim LR As Long, i As Long
Application.ScreenUpdating = False
LR = Range("E" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Row
For i = LR To 2 Step -1
    If Cells(i, "E").Value <> Cells(i - 1, "E").Value Or _
        Cells(i, "B").Value <> Cells(i - 1, "B").Value Then
            Cells(i, "E").EntireRow.Insert
    End If
Next i
Application.ScreenUpdating = True
End Sub
