Hi guys,

I recently was upgraded to a windows 10 system with Excel 2016.

I'm having a recurring issue when I'm working with large files (last happened on a 15mb file) where whenever I try to save the file, excel disappears. It just closes.

I’m not getting “ File not Responding” message nor the spinning circle which normally happens before a program crashes. It just disappears.

I have another coworker also with a new computer experiencing the same problem.

I've already had the IT department reinstall office on one occasion and repair office at another point.

The problem still exist.

Its becoming very burdensome now as I keep loosing my work and the recovery file does not contain my latest version ( there is like a 10 mins prior to crash version.

Has anyone experience this problem before and do you have any solutions?
