Thanks for replying... What weaver given formula.. its working but its a simple game... I done this type of games like guessing the number, sudoko etc.. but i need some information about games..

For eg: Car race.. I think everyone familiar about car race. In car race, how they put image in excel, track, car,for background (buildings, some person etc).. if i press right arrow key car will move forward, for left key it slow speed of the car, if i press up arrow it goes left or right... like this..how they control keyboard arrow keys using VBA excel...
if we know these basics we can do anytype of excel games...

Seriously, I think you will find that what you have in mind would be a game written in Flash (or similar)and embedded within an Excel file. I've had a mess around with 'live input' control mechanisms in Excel and the functionality isn't really there. If you're interested in writing games as you describe, please do yourself a favour and remove Excel from your list of potential platforms.

someone may prove me wrong but I wouldn't bet money on it.

Then which is the better way do excel games.. i downloaded some excel games i checked there is no code in that.. then how they made excel games.. or they are creating games in some other software and then exporting into excel..??

This is what I suspect. I used to have a bunch of them on a memory stick (lost that to the washing machine!) and they were all Adobe Flash files embedded within the Excel page. There was no excel code present.

Is one of yours a version of Sonic the Hedgehog?

Try typing 'excel games' into google - looks like you might get a few hits, but I'd be surprised if there's anything like the driving game you were envisioning before.

Hi..

Yap.. may be they are using adobe flash. otherwise it is very difficult to create games using VBA -excel...
I checked lot of games in google.. thy are given code for simple games like sudoko. snake like small games.. they are not given code for like car race, drunk driving and most of the games..So we have make R&D in excel games..
