I am new to using (very new) excel and would like some help with a formula if anyone can. I have designed a sales order and would like Excel to populate certain cells with predefined information. For example

If I enter product code SBAS in a product code cell, I would like the description cell to read "small service box advert" and the unit price cell to read "£32.00"

I have a limited number of products (8) and would like the description and price cells to populate with the appropriate information based on the code I enter in the product code cell. so two lines on my order could look as follows.

2 SBAS Small service box advert £32.00 £64.00
1 LFDRP Leaflet drop £27.50 £27.50

Items in red are the ones I want to populate automatically based on the information I enter, which is highlighted in blue. The multiplication of columns 1 and 4 is within my ability......just about.

THANKS IN ADVANCE
