Excel Formula - Too Many Arguments Error

Hi, everyone. When I try to use the formula below, I always get the error in Excel saying " You've entered too many arguments for this function." What do you think is wrong with the formula below and how can I correct it?

It worked!!!!! Thanks a lot. I learned a new application of index and match from you today.

That gives you just the first text value from H4:U4 it comes across, which is either a blank (a formula cell) or a text of length > 0.
