excel formula for if time exceeds 30 minutes then yes

Hi, I have spent hours trying to figure this out. I have a "time time to clear" which has been calculated by subtracting "arrived" from "cleared". I now need to identify those "time to clear over 30 minutes. I have played with the IF function and I thought I had it but when copy and paste the formula, all cells displayed yes, even if yes is not correct. I deleted the erroneous "yes" from this image
