Excel data extraction to new sheet

I have a large data sheets of items sold and not sold by date (written as month, date, year - 3/10/2025), produce name etc. In a new sheet if i type the month as March how can i extract all the unsold sales data with the information in other columns for that product as well for the month of MArch??
