Hey Everyone, my picture above shows highlighted cells where overnight data was deleted not sure why or how but these are numbers I need. Mind you this document is shared via sharepoint and we input this data from multiple computers and tablets. Is there a way to create a backup file schedule ( maybe like every 1hr and after 24 copies it deletes the oldest version) where I can go back and look at versions where the data was there before or just check the version history and retrieve my data?

Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
If it's on sharepoint then it is probably versioned anyway. Right click the file on sharepoint, choose version history and it will show you previous versions with links.

Okay awesome !! I've found that and confirmed it works, that being said I've figured out why exactly it did happen, one of my team members was noted with the error cant sync data please discard, any idea why that pop up happens?
