Basically whenever I enter " (quotation 1 symbol) and follow it by a Cyrillic text, Excel automatically changes it to two apostrophes ('' 2 symbols) and my formulas start trowing up errors. It also happens when I edit only the text of a previously working formula, as demonstrated in this short clip (gfycat). However when I type the quotation symbol in notepad in either keyboard english/cyrillic it still shows as one symbol. Hell if I type the entire function in notepad and copy/paste it in exel it works no problem, but type the same thing in excel and it doesn't work :(

Excel Facts

Control Word Wrap
Press Alt+Enter to move to a new row in a cell. Lets you control where the words wrap.
It probably isn’t this - but if you go to File-Options-Proofing-AUTOcORRECT Options in Excel 2010, </SPAN>

Certain characters/words can be set so they are replaced when typed, so it is possible this has been set up for some reason?</SPAN>
