Hi
Is there any certificate exam I need to do to get only Excel certification? Do you recommend any? I googled and found MOS but that is for the whole Office suite. I need the certification for job reason. Thank you very much.

Excel Facts

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
You'd be better advised to continue on this forum and solve posted problems, than getting certification.
I don't know of anyone who has bothered with certification, when real world solutions will give you better credentials.
If a company wants you to get Excel certification, I'm betting they don't understand Excel very well !!
That's just my opinion, others may think differently...

If your employer wants you to get some sort of certification, then they should be telling you what they want.

Excel covers a vary WIDE variety of topics. There are many that I never use. So I don't know exactly how useful a "general" Excel certification would be for most companies.
When I interviewed for jobs, the ones that had Excel requirements had their own specific Excel tests which reflected what they use Excel for.
