Excel based questionnaire

Dear Colleagues,

I need to establish excel based on questionnaire which is basically start with 5-6 questions, once submitted by user, it should generate main questionnaire based on inputs ( for example if the question of "are you student?" was answered as "yes", there will be additional questions at the end. Basically there will be set of questions (around 100-150), however some of them will disappear based on inputs.

Do you think this is feasible task in Excel (i guess based on VBA). When can i find guidance for creating this?

but if neither what you want, just search excel questionaire / survey form should bring up more choices.
