Excel 20130 VBA inline suggestions

I seem to remember, maybe in excel 2003 VBA, as you are writing vba code suggestions would show up

for example if i typed

Sheets("Sheet1").

after I typed period, suggestions like cells, add, delete, move.... would show up

I am using 2013, how do i get this functionality

Compile errors can break Intellisense. Get a clean compile, then resume coding.

closed excel and opened a fresh workbook and then tried coding, still the same

If you type "Sheets." it will popup a list of suggestions
But if you type "Sheets ("Sheet3")." It will not popup a list of suggestions.
