Excel 2002-VB Problem

I am running Excel with a vb UserForm on 2 different units. My queston is why will it run just fine on my Laptop but not on my Desktop?

Both cpu's have the same version of Excel 2002 - SP3. When I load the form on the desktop I keep getting errors on items like "StrConv" etc.

Please advise.

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
