I want to create a macro that executes when a new pivot table is created. I had all the code that I want to execute, but I couldn´t find any event that triggers the macro when a new pivot table is created. Please help me!

Excel Facts

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
If you want the event to be triggered for a specific worksheet, you can use Worksheet_PivotTableUpdate. The event handler must be placed in the code module for the sheet (in the Visual Basic Editor under Project Explorer (Ctrl+R), right-click the sheet, and select View Code).

VBA Code:
Private Sub Worksheet_PivotTableUpdate(ByVal Target As PivotTable)
    'etc
    '
    '
End Sub

If you want the event to be triggered for any worksheet, you can use Workbook_SheetPivotTableUpdate. The event handler must be placed in the code module for ThisWorkbook (in the Visual Basic Editor under Project Explorer (Ctrl+R), right-click ThisWorkbook, and select View Code).

VBA Code:
Private Sub Workbook_SheetPivotTableUpdate(ByVal Sh As Object, ByVal Target As PivotTable)
    'etc
    '
    '
End Sub

Hope this helps!
