Hi,

I have a list with the following names:

Location | Date | Count of clients (only fron that date) | Employee

I created a Pivot table to show me how many clients we received a day for the locations (Easy)

Location Names <- Dates ->
| -----------------------------------------------------------------
v| Sum Count Of Clients
..|
..|
..|

But I will like to paint in come color the cells where I can indicate that I had an employee that day in that location. The count of clients will remain the same, but I will be able to visually evaluate if having an employee in that location is worth or not.

If Pivot table is not the best answer, I can change it. but keep in mind that I have more than 250 Locations and Im looking at each day of the month sales on each one of them.

****I have Sigma XL, but havent used it yet. Maybe I can start with this!!

Thank you!
