Emu? Did you like it? We have ostrich biltong here, but I'm afraid it's a poor substitute for beef. My favourite is kudu. Yumm!

I loved the Emu. Very nice flavor! I've also had an ostrich burger and liked it very much! Medium rare, mayo, raw onions. YUM!!!

i have a friend from Montana, who visits downunder every two years in the summer school break. she makes pecan pies right in my kitchen. that's gotta hurt =)
