I've been looking at protecting VBA code from theft and so far it looks like the only real source of protection is to setup a relationship with a new code such as C#.
Realistically I can't see this working ... once you get to the details, without being an expert programmer.
I was wondering if this would work - If the code is in an Add-In, and the addin folder is encrypted.
If so ... (1) Is the level of security higher than password protection offered in Excel (2) Will the addin run from an encrypted folder.
