Emergency 911 of Backlog

Hi Guys ?, I have a question to you about which formula can help me to show and collect all backlog in my Register.
I will add two Mini Sheets to describe everything in a simple way.
Note about trigger:
The trigger should be activated only in one condition when I have request Date only and No Result.
Example:

and show all info about this line in sheet 2 ↓↓↓↓↓↓↓

1)In first sheet I have 3 green position(1,2,3) which ok and fully completed ( no backlog)

2) Also I have some preference with completed Backlog in Sheet 2. In sort about process. At work I have 3 different departments which provide me with tests.
And if Backlog in Sheet 2 can show me Backlog by Test Type it will be good and more useful for me.
Example :

If it is note possible fore you then ok. It is acceptable in this way and I try separate by filter every time.

Guys I found the answer by myself after 2 days )
If some face with this problem just use the Filter formula and you also need to add one cell with trigger in my case it was an waiting.

Example: =FILTER(Sheet1'!A2:CC500;'Sheet1'!BH2:BH500="waiting")
