Hi,

I have recorded a macro & added a button onto the spreadsheet which works fine when I run it on my pc. However, as the macro is saved on my pc & not embedded into the spreadsheet it doesn't work when I email the spreadsheet. Can anyone please tell me how I can fix this?

Cheers

Steve

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
When you recorded the macro, did you save it your personal.xls file?

If so, use Alt + F11 to open VBA window, find the personal.xls file and copy the macro, then highlight your workbook name and insert module, paste macro in to this.

P.S. Welcome to the board.
