I have an excel workbook (2007) that has a macro that will clear the contents of a sheet. I have that macro assigned to a button on that sheet. I also assigned a keyboard shortcut to the macro. it works fine on my machine and when I email it to anyone inside my company. However, when I email it to an offsite employee thee button does not work. It gives them an error about broken links and whatnot. When they save it as a .xlsm they get the some data was unreadable do you want to recover data. When they continue the button is gone but the macro still works and so does the keyboard shortcut. Can you help me figure out why this is happening? Thanks so much :)

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
