How do I dim an array with an undetermined length?

How do I add a value from a cell to the end of an array?

How do I determine if a value in a cell is already in the array?

Actually, I think the problem is when you find the upper bound of an array that has no dimensions yet. Thanks for your help!

What it is supposed to do is make arrays 1-based instead of the default 0-based.
