Dynamic Combobox

Hello.... frnds
I wanted to make dynamic combobox..on my Userform
take example..

I have 4 list (ie, ID number , A/C No , SSN No. , Policy No.).
In otherside I have another combobox which have value i.e(1,2,3,4)
If user select 1 then combobox list would ID Number
2 then combobox list would A/C Number
3 then combobox list would ssn Number
4 then combobox list would policy no Number


trying very hard.......... but I don't knw what I missed everytime.

any help would be appreciate
