Hi. Through help of some lovely people on here I've managed to get a scheduling spreadsheet almost to where I need but

With the attached, I have a filter drop down list in A3 of subjects. When I select a subject it conditionally formats the teachers who are either able to teach that subject and in a different colour the ones learning it.

I ideally want as soon as I've made the subject selection those trainers and their corresponding rows to jump to the top of column A. When I then select "All trainers" from the list I want them to revert to their original order. Hopefully all of this without doing extra selections and button pushes etc. This will mean I more clearly see the teachers I need when asked to plot a french course as an example.
