I have two different but identical computers with Office 365 (up to date to 1911, monthly channel) + Win 10 (both x64). In one computer Excel dynamic arrays work as expected, but not in the other. Should this happen and is there any way to "fix" it?

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
Yes it's very possible for that to happen.
MS is rolling out the Dynamic Arrays in bits, have a look here

Thanks, didn't know about that. It's quite confusing, at least each install should have a different build/version/whatever.

Totally agree, at least you would be able to tell who has what, but unfortunately MS, in their wisdom, see things differently.

When Microsoft rolls out new features like this, they start with a small fraction (like 10%) to make sure that if there are any issues, not too many will be affected. When there are no problems reported, they gradually increase this to 50%, to 75%, and finally to 100%.

Sure, that makes sense, but without an obvious indication of such situation, a person (like me) that hasn't got access to some features will not understand what's going on.
