Hi Everyone,

Having recently had a nightmare with dates being formatted differently in the UK to America I realised I could fix a lot of these problems if I had a US version of excel.

If this is really hard long winded or dosent work very reliably then its no good to me, but does anyone know if there is a way as a uk based excel user I could set it to work like I was in America?

any ideas would be great

Thanks

Tony

Using a mouse in Excel is the work equivalent of wearing a lanyard when you first get to college
The only way that I know of, is to change your system settings, which will affect everything.

if you can get the date into a number you can work with then its only a case different visualisations of them (then you only have to think about 1900 & 1904 date systems
