Distributing Macros company wide

Hi,
I developed some macro codes and it involves sheets associated with the code. How can I distribute this to others in the company? When I save its as a .xla addin format and use it. The addin doesn't bring in those sheets. How do I make it happen. Or is hosting the file in the server the only option??
I'm looking at creating some tabs inside of Excel to use the code which is a staged process. But still i'm not able to get the bigger picture here. I need you help here.
