Displaying Text in Pivot Table without changing other values in table

Hello I'm in need of some help!!

Does anyone who how I can display values in a pivot chart as written without them turning into 0?

I have some values in my chart which I displayed as just a dash (-). I want to see the dash in my pivot chart. When I go to make my pivot chart that dash values show up as zeros. I also would like have some cells displaying the following text "NR....I want to see the NR in my pivot table as well...but in the pivot table its showing up as zeros as well.

Please help!!
