Hello,

I have 4 columns in sheet 1, in which the first column has cells whose font color is red.
I want to copy only those rows whose first column cell data has red font color to sheet 2.

Below line is giving error.

".AdvancedFilter Action:=xlFilterInPlace, CriteriaRange:=rCrit, Unique:=False"

No i have not modified any code, testing on the same data you tested.

Using Office 2016 with windows 10 OS.

Code, data, Excel & OS all sound exactly the same as mine which is working perfectly for that sample data so I'm at a loss as to what the issue is.
Is it possible for you to upload the file to a file-share site (eg DropBox) & provide a share link to the file so I can investigate?

:huh: :confused:

1. That file has no data in Sheet1

2. That file has the code from post 14, not the most recent code from post 18 and therefore does not even contain the line of code that you are reporting in post 21.

3. That file does not contain the (blank) destination sheets "Red', 'Green' & 'Blue'. Right from post 2 I stated that I assumed the destination sheet exited and had nothing in it/them.
