Difference in Numbers

Hi all hows things.

Could any person help me with a formula to find the difference in a group of numbers compared to the highest number in that group?

e.g.: Number Range (in a column)

146
124
98
90
85
82

I want to know the difference between 146 (Highest Number) against every other number.

Any help very much appreciated.
