Decimals adding to a lower number~

14.80 is the sum for each quarter, rounds to 15, but when you add 4 quarters it totals 59.20. Problem is the employees see 15 per quarter and expect the total at the end of the year to add to 60. I have even formatted the numbers as whole numbers...

P/S hours = 37
Formula to get the 14.80 - =IF(TODAY>'1/1/2011','P/S HRS',0) Answer: 14.80
Formula to get the 59.20 - =QTR1+QTR2+QTR3+QTR4

Hopfully I have explained it well....

I'm assuming 'P/S HRS' is equal to 14.80, correct?

Your formula should be: "=ROUNDUP(IF(TODAY()>VALUE(1/1/2011),14.8,0),0)"
