Hi everyone,

Is there a limit to the "drop down menu" contents? Is there a data validation limit?

Thank you,
Craig

Following the above 2 responses using a source list is How I do my drop down validations as well. I have had up to 3000+ entries. And if you do a search on the forum you will find a post by me asking if there was a macro so that you can type in part of the name so you don't have to scroll through the whole list (works similar to the drop down box to change fonts). Just do a search on my name and look for a post dealing with a macro the date is about 4 yrs old as well I believe. Not sure if anything recent has been posted.
