I would like to have a summary sheet that lists out all the data as shown below for each bottle type. Is there an easy quick way to do this or do I need to copy and paste each row into the summary page?

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
