get data to and from a text/combo box on user form

I am now using office 2007 and to simplify<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>
<o> </o>
All I basically need is the format/syntax to getting data to and from a user form into a worksheet and from that same worksheet<o></o>
<o> </o>
I do have other issues that need addressing but if I can sort this out first <o></o>

A Google search for, Excel 2007 xml, will give you tons more information.

To save a worksheet as a .csv file, go to File => SaveAs; and set the File Type to csv.

If you record a macro as you do so you will get a VBA solution you can play about with.
