Cut Paste macro required

Steps below-

1. Required to sort column A, B, C & D
2. After sort Ankur entries in Column B need below Ravi entries in Column B.

I was practicing with this, I could get the one column to sort using custom lists, but could not get the other column sorting how you had it.

Hi Dave, thank you once again for your time on this.

Basically manually i used too follow this step to achieve result-

first I sort column A then column B then Column C then column D once sorted in column B group of Ankur entries I cut and paste below Ravi entries.
