Hi I need help trying to understand an error when using below cube value formula, I have a column of "system" which when using in the formula will make everything error however if I was to use another column to slice by everything works fine, in order to solve this could you give me some reasons why it could possibly be erroring one just this one column? checked the data type and any spaces or errors in the column and still cannot get it to work, the next column of "site" is exactly the format etc and it works perfectly.

Errors
Excel Formula:
=CUBEMEMBER("ThisWorkbookDataModel","[00 - ALL].[System].&[FINANCE]")

Works
Excel Formula:
=CUBEMEMBER("ThisWorkbookDataModel","[00 - ATB ALL].[Site].&[NORTH]")

Excel Facts

Excel Can Read to You
Customize Quick Access Toolbar. From All Commands, add Speak Cells or Speak Cells on Enter to QAT. Select cells. Press Speak Cells.
I assume the values are in the column. Can you see them when you type the formula in the Intellisense? Also, I thought there was supposed to be [All] before the value. If you can’t see the values and they are definitely there, you could try refreshing the model. You can do this by adding a new calc column in the power pivot view. Just add a column to any table column:=1. Then click save and then click the excel button. This should force the metadata to refresh (in case it is out of sync)
